1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Southend Sure Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") of 16 Belle Vue Place, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2RA to you, the customer. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and bookings
All quotations are free and remain valid for 30 days. Quotes are based on the information you provide; if the property or requirements differ significantly on arrival, we reserve the right to revise the price or duration before starting work.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For regular contracts, payment terms will be confirmed in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer and cash.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service value.
5. Access to the property
You must provide access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access, a missed-appointment charge may apply.
6. Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Refunds are considered at our reasonable discretion.
7. Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of exceptional value not disclosed in advance. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Health and safety
We reserve the right to decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe for our staff. Customers should secure pets during outdoor and deep cleaning services if requested.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking applies.
